This is a VERY violent shooter, but when you compare it to the other games in the series, it seems rather tame. If your kids are VERY mature, they may play it, so long as they don't start killing people in real life. This title has: Great role models. Easy to play/use.
Call of Duty is an all-around excellent game that confidently challenges, head-on, all the other WWII-themed shooters out there and comes out on top. When a game is outstanding, like this one is
age 14+. One of the most disturbing Call of Duty games. It does not shy away from showing the true horrors of war. This is a World War 2 game, so it's definitely dark. However, I think it's one of the darkest WW2 games to exist. Treyarch (the people who made the game) did not shy away from showing the true horrors of war.
