A modern core I3 will be able to reach 60fps just fine judging by the cpu requirements for 1080p 60fps. I find it funny that for 3 different quality specs they suggest a ryzen 3600x, and for those same 3 specs the intel cpu changes each time. My crappy 6 year old laptop could run fc5 at 30 ish on low.
